Scott & Marla Schiele
Founders
For the past 36 years, we have had the privilege of walking through life and ministry hand-in-hand. Our journey has taken us around the world, allowing us to pastor several wonderful churches, direct a year-round camp and conference center, and organize major ministry events.
Our core passion is teaching a Jesus-centered style of leadership and raising up devoted disciples across many nations. When we aren't traveling, Scott works as a craftsman - building and remodeling commercial spaces, private residences, and custom homes.
Whether we are traveling the globe to train international pastors or gathering with our weekly bible study group or house church, our mission remains the same: to see lives transformed by Christ.
Family is our greatest joy; we have four incredible adult children plus spouses who love Jesus deeply and serve him faithfully as leaders in their churches.
Armando & Monica Cruz
For more than 32 years, Pastors Armando and Mónica Cruz have had the privilege of serving together in ministry, following God’s call across Mexico and the United States.
Their journey has included theological training at the Alberto Benjamin Simpson Bible Institute and serving in a variety of churches and ministries under respected spiritual leaders, helping build and strengthen congregations in both nations.
Since 2001, their ministry has continued to expand through leadership, discipleship, and church development.
For the past 15 years, they have served as Lead Pastors of Casa de Pan in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, while also collaborating with Outpouring International and other ministries throughout Mexico.
Their greatest passion is seeing lives transformed by Jesus Christ, raising up faithful disciples, and equipping leaders to fulfill God’s purpose. Through every season of ministry, they remain grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord and advancing His Kingdom wherever He leads.
John & Krista Dunlap
John and Krista Dunlap both graduated from bible college in 1986 and married in 1987. They both minister through teaching (individually and as a team), preaching, exhortation, impartation, and prayer.
They desire to help people realize the truth of who God is and who they are in Him so believers can live an abundant life and impact the world with the truth of the good news of God’s amazing love for them.
They believe in supernatural partnership with Holy Spirit and the preaching of the Word of God with signs following. Krista is also used in the area of praise and worship and song writing. John and Krista believe in God’s plan for the church and are happy to pastor Redland Valley Church in York Haven, PA.
They have two grown daughters, a wonderful son-in-law and two beautiful grandchildren and make their home in Lewisberry, PA.
Ben & Janell Pierson
Ben and Janell met in Montana in 2020 and were married in 2023. Since then, they have loved serving Jesus together in churches and on mission trips, with a shared passion to see the Church grow in love for Jesus and step confidently into all that He has called them to.
Janell grew up traveling the world with her parents, Scott and Marla, serving alongside them in churches and missions. She is passionate about prophetic worship, encouraging others, and seeing the Body of Christ adore Jesus and become empowered to do the works of the ministry. She also loves encouraging women to trust God in seasons of waiting through her ministry, “Glory in the Waiting.”
Although Ben grew up as a YWAM kid, he didn’t personally know Jesus until a life-changing encounter with Him while serving in the military. Jesus met him in his darkest moment and completely changed the course of his life. After leaving the Navy, Ben spent six years serving with YWAM on the mission field. He is passionate about discipleship and seeing people encounter Jesus, know the truth, and live it out.
Together, their desire is to see lives transformed by Jesus and people equipped to live out their God-given calling.
